Welding of Materials
Welding work is controlled and performed in accordance with standard ČSN EN ISO 3834-2. We weld steel materials up to the yield point of S690MPa; we are also able to weld high-alloy austenitic steel or non-ferrous metals including aluminum.
We can weld steel structures up to the weight of 60 tons, with the possibility of positioning weldments up to the weight of 50 tons.
In the field of welding, we are certified in accordance with ČSN, EN and DIN; however, our experience includes welding according to the ASME IV, AWS D 1.1. or NORSOK M101 standards.
Basic certification of the company: DIN 18800-7 class E, DIN EN 15085-2 certification level CL 1with the extension of DB requirements, ČSN EN 15085-2 certification level CL 1 with the extension of ČD requirements, ČSN 732601:Z2 production group Aa, ČSN 732601:Z2 production group Aa with the extension of SŽDC requirements, DIN EN 1090-1,2, class design EXC4
