Welding of Materials
Welding work is controlled and performed in accordance with standard ČSN EN 3834-2. We weld steel materials up to the yield point of S690MPa; we are also able to weld high-alloy austenitic steel or non-ferrous metals including aluminum.
We can weld steel structures up to the weight of 80 tons, with the possibility of positioning weldments up to the weight of 50 tons.
In the field of welding, we are certified in accordance with ČSN, EN and DIN; however, our experience includes welding according to the ASME, AWS or NORSOK standards.
Basic certification of the company: DIN 18800-7 class E, DIN 6700 – C1
Qualification of welders: EN 287-1, EN 1418

non-fusing tungsten electrode in a protective atmosphere

coated electrode or wire in a protective atmosphere, up to the length of 48,000 mm (E, MIG, MAG, TIG)

The quality of the welds is inspected by:

non-destructive tests (X-ray, ultrasound, magnetic glazing method, penetration, visual), performed by competent personnel with qualification according to the applicable EN

destructive tests (mechanic and metallographic tests)
