Heavy Engineering
Heavy engineering is specialized in the production of equipment for continual mining, namely for bucket-wheel excavators for surface mining, as well as equipment for transporting the mined substrate and the overburden dumping machines. Another field of our production concentrates on complete technological units, such as cranes or bridge structures, and welded steel structures machined and treated with a final layer of paint.
Machinery
The production of welded steel structures including working and coating, generally in accordance with the customer documentation. The steel structures are further used by leading producers of construction and earth-moving machinery, shovel excavators, mechanization equipment and power facilities.
Castings and Die Forgings
Castings from steel, nodular and grey cast iron and also die forgings belong to our product portfolio. We deliver our products to manufacturer of construction machinery, to railway and automotive industry, for manufacturers of hydraulics and air-condition systems, for heavy engineering and also for other industrial branches.
Cut Parts
Production of shaped cut parts of standard structural steel, width range of 3 – 250 mm and dimensions of up to 3 x 12 m and production of cut parts of special materials such as high-strength hardened steels S690QL, abrasion-resistant materials Hardox, fine-grained steels Weldox, QstE and other materials.We are capable of maximum use of the whole assortment of material and also further processing of the cut parts.
