Machining

Turning:

• standard up to diameter 1 000 mm and length 6 000 mm

• up to weight of 14 t - 1 000 mm max. diameter and 12 000 mm length

• up to weight of 63 t - 2 000 mm max. diameter and 6 000 mm length 

Vertical turning:

• we use CNC operating system:

  • up to weight of 10 t - 2 500 mm max. diameter, 1 800 mm height

  • up to weight of 40 t - 6 300 mm max. diameter, 2 500 mm height

  • up to weight of 100 t - 11 500 mm max. diameter, 4 500 mm height 

• from diameter of 2 500 mm we are able to machine inner and outer gear toothing

Horizontal boring:

• max. length 26 000 mm and weight 50 t

• 160 mm spindle diameter, 4 100 mm stand travel and shear travel  21 000 mm

• 200 mm spindle diameter, 3 850 mm stand travel and shear 9 000 mm

• spindle diameter 100, 130, 160 and 200 mm with CNC operating system

Shaping:

• max. shaping height 630 mm, radius of travel to 1 100 mm

• table travel – longitudal 1 000 mm, transverse 800 mm

Edges planing:

• max. size 3 000 x 10 500 mm and thickness 80 mm

Milling:

• on clasical and horizontal milling machine up to max. length of 18 000 mm and height of 2 500 mm

• table dimensions 630 x 2 500 mm, max. loading capacity of the table 2,5 t

Grinding:

• surface and plain grinding on dateched machines or by means of additional equipment by turning

• rotary grinding – max. diameter of work piece 630 mm, length to 3 000 mm and weight of 2.5 t

• flat-surface grinding – table dimensions 700 x 300 mm, max. work piece height of 600 mm and max. weight 1.1 t

Drilling:

• Into steel – max. bore diameter of 80 mm

• into grey cast iron – max. bore diameter 110 mm

• clamping area 3 235 x 1 780 mm and 1 000 x 1 600 mm

• machines with NC operating system, precise boring on NC co-ordinate boring machine – table 900 x 1 400 mm
