Cutting
We provide a complex range of technologies for flame cutting both on-site and as a part of cooperation.
Sheets are cut using oxygen-acetylene and plasma cutting technologies.
Concerning the oxygen-acetylene flame cutting (MGM OMNICUT 3100, MGM OMNICUT 4000, MESSER GRIESHEIM C 8000, MICRO STEP), we are able to flame-cut plates with dimensions 3 500 x 14 000 mm and thickness up to 250 mm. Our speciality is the new MGM M4000 machine with 8 burners that besides the standard multiple-burner cutting of 3 500 x 24 000 mm sheet metal is ideal for cutting of strips, i.e. long rectangular cuttings up to the width of 120 mm with the above-mentioned length. In case of plasma cutting (MGM OMNICUT 3100 with plasma source HPR 260 HYPERTHERM), we are able to cut plates with the dimension 3 000 mm in width, 12 000 mm in length and thickness from 0,5 mm to 40 mm. HyPerformace technologies ensure high quality grade cut almost free of burns. Angle cutting up to 40 mm with using 3D Plasma rotator.
We have a new plasma machine KJELLBERG with 2 sources HI - FOCUS 440i, of which one is fitted with a tilting cutting head, which is able to cut single bevels up to 40° directly on the machine with cuttings up to the thickness of 50 mm with the initial dimensions of sheet metal 2 500 x 24 000 mm.
Laser cutting by means of TRUMATIC L 3050 can be applied for plates with dimensions 1 500 x 3 000 mm up to thickness 25 mm in case of structural steels and 20 mm in case of stainless steel.
All machines are programmed using SAPSproW software for NC cutting machines, which ensures maximum efficiency of material use. This fact is extending our scope of cutting - starting from simple shapes to complicated forms.
Sawing
We use circular saws for cutting profile materials, which can cut materials of diameter up to 210 mm (full profiles) and we also use band saws (Legnex), which can cut materials of diameter up to 400 mm (hollow profiles).
Shearing
Shearing is used both for plates and flats cutting. Performed by large-sized hydraulic table shears with sheet metal up to 2 000 mm wide and 4mm thick.
