Material Machining

Chamfering

Means machining of contact areas of smaller parts before welding. Chamfering from 10° to 50° is performed:

  • manually: with use of a fusing lamp from 5 mm to 80 mm plate thickness

  • mechanically: with use of fusing machine form 30 mm to 100 mm plate thickness

  • mechanically: at the primary cutting by flame cutting machines in the length of 24 000 mm

  • with use of chamfering machine: from 6 mm to 12 mm plate thickness; for lengths up to 2 000 mm

Planing

Another way of machining of the contact areas for sheets of bigger size performed on the planer type HHP 12,5. Other aim of planing is trueing width and angles of the sheets up to dimensions of 2 000 x 12 000 mm.

Milling

Means preparation of contact and contour areas on the milling machine FC-63, FA 5 BV. We perform neat size milling, scarfing and slots chamfering from 1° to 89°, spot-facing of areas, groove-making, these everything up to 1 200 kg and dimensions of 1 500 x  1 500 mm.

Boring

For the purpose of increasing process efficiency and if technologically possible, boring, taping or reaming of parts is being already performed in the initial phase. We dispose boring machines VR6 and VR8, which enable us to bore holes up to diameter of 70 mm.
