Cut Parts Product Group

Cut parts are an important and indispensable commodity for the majority of industry production companies where represents up to 80% of total production volume. Our modern cutting centre provides a high quality, economical, and reliable source of cut parts, both for small scale and serial production. Production capacity reaches up to 2 000 tons per month.

Cut parts production is used by both the parent company and external customers which are mainly producers of steel constructions, handling and lifting equipment, printing and textile machinery, timbering machinery, automotive and railway industry, mining machinery and equipment.

We are ready to provide further operations of the cut parts including: blasting, scarf flaming, bending, sheet rolling, roll bending, milling, planing, boring, heat treatment, surface finishing, and also additional ultrasonic testing. As the customer requires we complete sets of cut parts and dispatch them on pallets wrapped in protective stretch film with steel straps or in metal boxes.

We deliver shaped cut parts of standard structural steel, but also cut parts of special materials such as high-strength hardened steels S690QL, abrasion-resistant materials Hardox, fine-grained steels Weldox, QstE and other materials. We are also ready to provide materials of non-standard qualities and atypical dimensions.
