We are able to offer a complete range of production services, including the provision of material, special preparation of details, the subsequent welding and levelling of weldments, annealing, blasting, and comprehensive metalworking treatment, including surface finishes.

We also carry out annealing, blasting, machining and finishing of weldments that are delivered by us. We supply annealing diagrams, dimensional reports and hardness tests.

Besides the satisfaction of the internal needs of the company, the main goal of the Cut Parts Product Group is to offer shaped cut parts of standard structural steel. We also offer cut parts of special materials such as high-strength hardened steels, abrasion-resistant materials, fine-grained steels, QstE and other materials. With the production volume of several kilotons a month, we are capable of maximum use of the whole assortment of material.

We are ready to provide further processing of the cut parts including drilling, milling, planing, welding of simple subassemblies, surface finishing and other activities. Most of the orders are dispatched within 2 weeks after the receipt of technical specifications of the respective order.
