Computer-Graphics Aided Three-Dimensional Interactive Application is multiplatform PLM/CAD/CAM/CAE software, which we use for design and development of products. This software makes possible to cover complex process from design of product, through its optimalization, control of piece list, creation of NC program up to production and maintainance.

Thanks to full cohesion among drawing, model and NC application CATIA makes possible to cut a development cycle and reduce costs for final product.

We make use of it for forging, workpiece, die and trimming tool design.

Simufact.forming 8.0

This software is tool for simulation of material shaping, which includes special application with several high advanced and new nonlinear computerized methods. It consists of 2 applications - simulation and analysis in 2D and 3D environment.

Computerized simulation analysis includes results of shaping in mould e.g. of forging, its continuous flow of material, temperature course, creation of laps, pressure, forming power, tension and material deformation, hot or cold, cuts of body etc.
