Technical and Production Facilities

Range of products offers wide range both in offered weights, and also in producing material standards. We deliver castings which have been sand-blasted, grinded, rough machined or final machined; according to customer requirements may also be painted or with surface-treated. Quality of its production quarantees foundry by proprietorship of all necessary approvals, certificates and licences.

Foundry production facilities include the melt shop, moulding shop, core shop, cleaning shop, heat treatment shop and rough machining shop. In melt shop we make use of 3 induction furnaces and 2 electric arc furnaces. In moulding shop we offer two moulding lines - machine and hand moulding. The machine moulding line offers a semi-automatic moulding line with greensand moulding technology and hand moulding line with self-hardening mixture moulding (furan).

For casting simulation our technology department uses MAGMAsoft Program, complete tool for analysing metal casting, setting, occurrence of defects and calculating stress intensity and deformation.
