Products and Services
Heavy Engineering
The production of machinery for continuous open-pit mining, bucket-wheel loaders, loader and belt conveyors. We produce also cranes and other lifting equipment, into our product portfolio belongs production of heavy steel structures up to a weight of 80 t and max. length of 40 m, what could be machined and coated by final paint. Heavy Engineering product group provides also services related with the products i.e. assembly, repair and renovation.
Machinery
The production of small and middle sized welded steel structures including machining and painting with weight from 300 kg up to 50 t. Typical representative of our product range are parts of undercarriages, upper frames, frames for other devices, booms and arms, base frames and dump bodies. These products are used by major manufacturers of construction and earth moving machines, shovel excavators, mechanization technology and power tools.
Castings and Forgings
We produce carbon, low-alloy, medium-alloy and high-alloy steel castings, manganese steel castings, castings from nodular, grey, malleable and white cast iron and also die forgings. Our manufacturing program includes more than 120 batches of material. Castings and forgings are widely used in the railway industry, automotive industry, heavy engineering, agricultural, construction and mining machinery, for handling equipment and air-conditioning and for other industrial branches.
Cooperation and Cut Parts
The production of shaped cut parts of standard structural steel and also from special materials such as abrasion-resistant materials, fine-grained steels, QstE and others. We are able to provide also further processing of the cut parts. Cooperation offers spare capacity of all company plants. Among the offered services belong machining, welding, heat-treatment, surface treatment and painting.
Services
We sale secondary raw material, used machinery and facilities, copying king size, lease of manpower, we provide overhaul and training.
